HR Manager
The HR Manager directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives. Accountable for ensuring a proactive Human Resources environment consistent with profitability objectives.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources of related field
•    Previous experience in the hotel/leisure sector in a similar position required
•    Thorough knowledge of HR practices and procedures as well as considerable knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources matters
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
•    Fluent in English both verbal and in writing. Proficiency in Dutch, Spanish and/or Papiamentu is highly preferred
•    Advanced computer skills required
•    Someone who will create an HR environment of trust and confidentiality
•    The passion and enthusiasm to be part of a winning team

Front Office Supervisor
As Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the Front Office Team and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton standards. Your goal is to make the experience of the guests in house unforgettable!

Requirements:
•    At least 2-3 years front desk experience. Supervisor experience is preferred;
•    Must be fluent in English, Spanish, proficiency in Dutch and/or Papiamentu preferred;
•    Leadership skills;
•    Service minded, and excellent people, communication and problem solving skills;
•    Good computer skills

Front office Agent (Receptionist)
The Team Member in this position is responsible for making the experience of the guest in house unforgettable! This person will be welcoming, checking-in and checking -out all our guests and is  responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our customers throughout their stay and following all procedures and standards adhering to Hilton's Credit Policy.

Requirements:
•    One year of Front Desk experience is preferred, hospitality experience is also preferred;
•    Must be fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish. Papiamentu is a preference;
•    Service minded and excellent people, communication and problem solving skills;
•    Basic computer skills.

Commis Chef (Cook)
The Commis Chef is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets.

Requirements:
•    One year experience in similar position;
•    Culinary Diploma or certificate preferred;
•    An ability to work in a winning team;
•    Ability to speak English and Spanish, proficiency in Dutch and Papiamentu is preferred;
•    A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in their career.

Food and Beverage Supervisor
Assist the management with direction and organization of operations in the different outlets to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
• Two or more years experience in food and beverage/restaurant/banqueting and at least two years of supervisory experience
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills and good computer skills
• Able to speak English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu

Waiters and Bartenders
As a waiter/bartender you are responsible for giving service to our guests in the F&B outlets in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner, to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
•    An ability to work in a winning team;
•    Ability to speak English and Spanish, proficiency in Dutch and Papiamentu is preferred;
•    Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred;
•    Service minded and excellent people and communication skills;
•    Ability to work flexible shifts.

Bellman
The Bellman is responsible for greeting the guests upon arrival and escorts them with their luggage and help them with everything possible to provide excellent service

Requirements:
•    Previous experience of working in the hotel / leisure / retail sector
•    Punctual and responsible
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Excellent personal presentation with good communication skills
•    Able to speak English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu preferred

Room Attendant
The Housekeeping Department is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel including guest rooms, public areas, Food & Beverage outlets, sports facilities, back of house areas and Team Member facilities

Requirements:
•    A commitment tin delivering high levels of guest service
•    A smart and tidy appearance
•    A positive attitude and good communication skills when meeting guests
•    The enthusiasm to be part of a winning team
•    Previous housekeeping experience will be an advantage

Fitness Center Clerk
The Health Club Receptionist is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the Health Club

Requirements:
•    A commitment tin delivering high levels of guest service
•    A smart and tidy appearance
•    A positive attitude and good communication skills when meeting guests
•    The enthusiasm to be part of a winning team
•    Cashier experience
•    Able to lift objects

Pool & Beach Attendant
The Pool & Beach Attendant is responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool and beach area.

Requirements:
•    Experience in pool cleaning is a plus
•    A smart and tidy appearance
•    A positive attitude and good communication skills when meeting guests
•    The enthusiasm to be part of a winning team
•    Able to speak English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu
•    Able to lift objects
