Guest Service Agent/ Restaurant Manager/ Banqueting Supervisor/ Director of Finance/ Assistant F&B Manager/ Food and Beverage Supervisor/ Night Auditor

GUEST SERVICE AGENT 
 The Guest Service Agent is responsible for making the experience of the guest in house unforgettable! This person will be welcoming, checking-in and checking -out all our guests. The overall care, hospitality and service given to our customers throughout their stay and following all procedures and standards adhering to Hilton's Credit Policy.

Requirements:
• Front Office experience in the hotel / leisure / retail sector
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch. Proficiency of Papiamentu is preferred
• Calm, efficient and organized
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

RESTAURANT MANAGER
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing, directing and organizing the restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
• Three or more years experience in food and beverage/restaurant and at least two years of supervisory experience
• Degree in hospitality is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and wines
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other language skills are preferred
• Advanced computer skills and strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, the ability to create a winning team


BANQUETING SUPERVISOR
The Banqueting Supervisor oversees the set up, clean up and F&B of all conferences and banqueting meetings and events.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other language skills are preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
The Finance Department applies financial, commercial and business input into the management of the hotel operation, ensuring that financial standards are achieved throughout the hotel and that hotel performance is optimized.

Requirements:
• Excellent financial management experience
• An Accounting or Finance qualification
• A full understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
• Strong influencing and relationship building skills
• Strong managerial / coaching skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience of working within the hotel or leisure industry would be highly preferred

ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER
You will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in the effective management and performance of all Food & Beverage Operations in the hotel. Quality, service and high standards are critical to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in food and beverage and at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferable)
• In depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
• Exceptional communication skills and the leadership capability to create a winning team
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other language skills are preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Effective record keeping and planning methods

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists the management with the direction and organization of the department by supervising the operations in the outlet to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service.

Requirements:
• 2 years operational experience in Food & Beverage service in a range of outlets
• 1 year of supervisory experience is highly preferred
• The flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
• An interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
• Excellent people, communication and training skills

NIGHT AUDITOR
The Night Auditor is responsible overall care hospitality and service given to our customers throughout their stay and the smooth running of the night audit following all procedures and standards adhering to Hilton's Credit Policy. Specific responsibilities include:

Requirements:
• Have a completed SBO Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in Hotel Industry
• Accurate, calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Able to speak English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu
