For the Golf Division we are looking for a fulltime: OPERATIONS MANAGER M / V

Job description
As Operations Manager you give daily guidance and coaching in the operational activities of the Golf Club House, Food & Beverage, driving range and pro shop. You will supervise the work of the various supervisors, check their work and are in close contact and responsible for these departments.

Requirements
MBO / HBO or hospitality management training
Minimum 3 years experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Administratively well versed
Computer skills
Can speak Dutch and English,
Papiamento is a plus.
Good communication skills
Pro active attitude
Strong affinity to sports
