Human Resource Manager
As Head of the Human Resource Department you are responsible, together with your team, for all HR related issues of our company with approximately 200 people. Your task is to manage the day-to-day HR activities on one hand, and on the other hand to make sure the activities are in line with the HR policy and the envisioned goals of our company. You develop a long term HR policy and corresponding budget. You are part of the CLA negotiation team. You are also responsible for the development and execution of CAP’s trainings plan to make sure the personnel is adequately equipped according to international standards of aviation as well as to our own standards of service.
If necessary you adjust the HR tools like target setting, appraisal, trainings plan, job description and so more.
You are familiar with reorganization processes and change processes and know how to contribute to make it a success.
As Head of the Human Resource Department you are closely working together with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Corporate Services Officer. You already have an extensive experience with managing an HR department for several years. You are knowledgeable on the legal aspects of the job, and you have extensive experience with the implementation and execution of today’s HR instruments.
Besides being able to manage the bigger picture, you are also accustomed to doing the day-to-day hands-on work. You are a skilled people manager and you know how to reach your goals, without jeopardizing your personal relationship with the stakeholders involved.
Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Do you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience on a managerial HR level? Do you have a relevant HR education on a Bachelor or a Master level?
