Curacao Hospitality Training Foundation is looking as per immediate for a dynamic; Full time Hospitality Practice Supervisor M / V

For the SEI Project ‘Hospitality Training Job seekers'.

The Practice Supervisor functions as a hub between the participants, employers (private sector) and the various training and education organizations in the various pilot trainings.
For the guidance of the participants at the workplace, the contact with the employers is of utmost importance. The administrative handling of these operations is also the responsibility of the practice supervisor.

Requirements:
• Training and experience in MBO / SBO + level
• A preference in the direction of Facility Services,
 Work and Social Services or related courses
• Affinity with tourism, the hospitality industry and learning on the job pathways
• Age from 25 years and affinity with the island
• Min. 1 years experience in similar function
• Independent, stress resistant and solution focused
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Being able to coach a team
• Fluent in English, Dutch and Papiamentu
• In possession of a private car
