POOL & BEACH ATTENDANT
As a Pool & Beach attendant you are in charge of keeping the Pool and the Beach clean. Make sure that the conditions are neat for the guest view. Help the guests to be as comfortable as possible by taking care of anything they might need
Requirements:
• Experience in pool and beach cleaning
• Able to speak English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu
• Punctual and responsible.
GUEST SERVICE AGENT
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for making the experience of the guest in house unforgettable! This person will be welcoming, checking-in and checking -out all our guests. The overall care, hospitality and service given to our customers throughout their stay and following all procedures and standards adhering to Hilton's Credit Policy.
Requirements:
• Front Office experience in the hotel / leisure / retail sector
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch. Proficiency of Papiamentu is preferred
• Calm, efficient and organized
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

ACCOUNTING CHIEF CLERK
Assists the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in the supervision of the Hotel Finance Office, pertaining to all computerized accounting systems, month-end closing reports and general ledger reconciliation.
Requirements
• Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
• Accounting Knowledge
• Computer literacy
• Labor Law knowledge
• Willing to work overtime & week ends
• Able to work in a team
• Organized & Proactive person
• Accounting experience is required
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
The Food & Beverage Supervisor’s primary role is to oversee and direct all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage department under guidance and supervision of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. This includes scheduling, training team members, ensuring that the customer service provided is according to the established standards, and ensuring that the services provided to guests are in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and ability in all aspects of a Food & Beverage Operation;
• At least two years operational Food & Beverage experience and one (1) year of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a hotel/restaurant;
• Excellent people, communication and training skills;
• Ambitious, flexible and customer service oriented;
• Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Dutch, Spanish and/or Papiamentu is preferred;
BARTENDER
The primary responsibility is the service of beverages in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner, also accurately collect payments

• Minimum two years experience in all areas of a kitchen
• Food safety certification
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and quantity measurements
• Be able to speak English and Spanish. The ability to speak Dutch or Papiamentu will be an advantage
CHEF DE PARTIE
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, producing food and controlling quality of all food items prepared in the different stations, i.e. meats, fish, vegetables, bread products, sauces, stocks, seasoning, etc

• Minimum two years experience in all areas of a kitchen
• Food safety certification

EXCUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Working very closely with the Executive Chef, you will be managing the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring that food production meets and exceeds customer expectation at all times.
Requirements:
• Strong Chef de Partie or previous Sous Chef Experience
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Strong supervisory skills
• A creative approach to the production of food
• someone who takes great pride in producing high quality food at all times
• Ability to speak English and Spanish. Proficiency of Dutch and/or Papiamentu is highly preferred
