a family owned and operated Gold Palm Five Star IDC PADI and National Geographic Dive Center with 5 facilities on the island, is looking for a Water Sports Instructor/Guide.

In order to keep providing the best of Ocean Encounters, we’re looking for extremely motivated, gregarious, fun-loving people to help us promote, sell and participate in water sports.


Responsabilities:
•    Active promotion of water sports activities to guests on the hotel property
•    Create, lead, and deliver a timetable of outdoor activity sessions including
•    Work as a team player to develop and maintain the water sports activities at other Ocean

Encounters locations
•    Teach hotel guests how to snorkel, kayak, and sail
•    Lead hotel guests on watersports tours
•    Maintain a professional and safe image

Requirements:
•    Very outgoing personality – you have to love being the center of attention!
•    Safe and conservative teaching techniques
•    Sailing certification/knowledge
•    Excellent swimming and snorkeling techniques
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to provide quality instruction to individuals and groups of varying ages.
•    Management experience is a plus
