The Food and Beverage Marketing in Recession Time seminar will take place on Monday March 29, 2010 by Josué Merced-Reyes from Puerto Rico, who is the head judge from the “Taste of the Caribbean’’. This seminar is sponsored by Insel Air, Licores Maduro and Breezes Hotel.
Josué is a Food & Beverage specialist and travels to many places to discuss F&B trends and issues in the Caribbean.
In this seminar he will present several ideas on how to increase Food & Beverage revenue in challenging times. He will interact with the audience on how to implement practical ideas.
In this seminar you will gain an insight on the food and drinks and what costumers are willing to pay for and learn about innovative restaurants and bar marketing tactics that are bringing in sales despite the economic climate.
