In previous months there has been invested considerably in the lifespan of the EENDRACHT, in order to protect the ship against sun, wind and water for years to come. But above all to use the ship for our mission statement to let youngsters actively experience all the aspects of sailing at sea and by that add value to the maritime world. The home port of the Eendracht is Rotterdam and in the winter period the ship sails to warmer destinations to make magnificent sailing trips. On October the 2nd, 2009 the Eendracht has departed from its home port to sail via Brest, Lisbon and Las Palmas to Curacao!

The ship will stay in Willemstad for 5 weeks before it sails further to Paramaribo/ Surinam, Martinique and other beautiful places in the Caribbean. The Eendracht will arrive in Curacao on the 19th of November 2009. The Eendracht will in Willemstad (St. Anna Bay) for 5 weeks and will be available for receptions and short sailing trips. The next voyage will start on the 23th of December with destination to Paramaribo.
