Mrs. Maylin Trenidad, general manager of Renaissance Curaçao Resort was highly surprised to receive the Customer Excellence- “Problem Experienced ExcellenceAward 2010”.  This award was handed out in Orlando, Florida at the General Manager's Conference for all of the Americas Southern Region Full Service Marriott Branded Hotels.

Managers and the hotels that they represent were recognized in different categories for their excellence in customer service. Renaissance Curaçao Resort stood out amongst all other full service Marriott branded Hotels for its limited quantity of problems experienced by visitors. This is definitely an unusual achievement for a hotel that has opened its doors to visitors one and a half years ago. Professionals find this achievement to be very remarkable.
