The National Curacao Culinary Competition 2011  for Junior Chefs , Senior Chefs, Pastry Chefs and Bartenders  is scheduled for:

Monday March 28 , from 14.00-17.00 hrs : Workshop Chefs  ( Junior and Senior) and Pastry Chef
Pre-briefing competition rules. Please take one prepared dish on a white plate for feedback by professionals and international Taste Judge Henny Kolenbrander.

Please confirm the email address of your F & B manager and (Executive) Chef to CHTF.
Only employees of  CHATA members can participate . Participants should be either born on Curacao  ( Curacao Nationals) or with a legal permit  for a minimum of 10 years ( van rechtswege toegelaten) .
We are looking forward to a sportive and inspiring competition and welcome especially the Junior Chefs (max. 21 year) of Curacao to join this great experience !.
