We now have a young and talented Curacao Culinary Team 2010 that will proudly represent Curaçao during “The Taste of the Caribbean” in Puerto Rico: 9-12th September 2010.

Second cook out of the Curacao Culinary team 2010

Time: 19.00- 21.30 pm
Location: Restaurant Piazza (Lions Dive)
Price p.p.: Nafl. 75,-
(Price is including 3-course diner, cocktail and limited wine).

First come first serve, limited to 45 guests. Diner starts at 19.30 pm

The cooks out are based on a “mystery basket” and are organized as a training for the Curacao Culinary team and to raise funds. The cook out diners are sponsored by suppliers, and volunteers will be your host/hostess for the evening.
                             
Bartender Anthony Santos will welcome you with one of the competing cocktails at the Taste of the Caribbean.
Chefs Carlos Anthony (Chef of the year 2010), Adriyel Lourens (Junior Chef of the year 2010), Franklin Martha (Team member of the year 2010) and Pastry Chef of the year 2010 Rensly de Jongh will  be preparing a three course menu, supervised by team manager Frans Smits and  accompanied by wines sponsored by Licores Maduro.

For Nafl 250, - (including one cook out diner for 1 person) you support the team financially.
Participation of the team at the Taste of the Caribbean 2010 in Puerto Rico requires some Nafl 20.000, - to be covered by contributions from CHATA, fundraising Cook Outs, and Friends of the Curaçao Culinary contributions.
 
We trust to be able to sign up 20 Friends of the Curaçao Culinary for Nafl 250, - per person. As a Friend of the Curaçao Culinary you will be informed of our activities and you are invited to one free culinary presentation in 2010. Please contact me to become a Friend of the Curaçao Culinary 2010.
