Curaçao has a new talented Culinary Team for 2010 that will proudly represent Curaçao during the Taste of the Caribbean in Puerto Rico.
The first Cook Out of the team will take place on Monday July 12th, 2010 at the Academy Hotel in Punda. The chefs will prepare a 3-course mystery basket dinner for 40 guests. The cook outs are a combination of training and fund-raising. This is the first of the 4 cook outs. The total revenue of the cook outs is to cover the team’s expenses for Puerto Rico and the registration fee.
The dinner includes 1 glass of wine and 1 cocktail
Time: 19.00- 21:30
Place: Academy Hotel (address Prinsenstraat # 80), Punda
Costs: Nafl. 75.00,- per person
The team members are: Team manager Frans Smits, Chefs : Carlos Anthony – Restaurant Nemo, Adriyel Lourens - Avila Hotel, Rensley de Jongh - Avila Hotel and Franklin (Alex) Martha – Avila Hotel. The team will be completed with the bartender Anthony Santos – Breezes Hotel.
The second Cook Out will take place on Monday July 26th, 2010 at Piazzo Restaurant.
