Dear Tourism Partner,
“The quality of the natural and built environment and the level of environmental awareness on the island are crucial to the future sustainable tourism development of Curacao”.
CHATA fully endorses this view and therefore organizes a CHATA Breakfast to discuss the protection of our natural environment.
CHATA’s Environmental Action Plan 2010 will focus on creating awareness for our environment and address the littering of the island.
Actions will be developed in close coordination with the Moveshon Berde (Green Movement) Campaign of Fundashon Korsou Limpi Bunita (FKLB) and Selikor.
A first action will be a clean-up of Downtown Otrobanda on April 24 in cooperation with FKLB, Selikor, Uniek Curacao, MCB, CTB, CPA, Green Force and SKO.
We invite you to our CHATA Breakfast to inform you of our plans and invite your input for the protection of our natural environment.
The cost of the breakfast is NAf 35 for CHATA members and NAf 50 for non-members.
Kindly contact the CHATA office for reservations.
We look forward to welcoming you at the CHATA Breakfast on Thursday April 15 at 7.30 AM at the Curacao Marriott.
