Please schedule your bartenders to attend the Bartender Training/Workshop


Dates : Friday March 26 till Monday March 30, 2010
Location : To  Be Announced
Fee:  Naf 125,00 per bartender ( including materials and beverages)
Two sessions : AM Session : 09.00- 13.00 hrs ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
                             PM Session : 15.00- 19.00 hrs. ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Maximum participants : 15 per session ( total of 30 ).

For Monday March 30 : Final Cocktail show for both groups:
                                         Time : 09.00- 11.00 hrs
                                                     11.00-13.00 hrs

We are pleased to announce that Josue Merced-Reyes , Head Judge of the Taste of the Caribbean  Bartender Contest and  Food and Beverage critic  will conduct a bartender workshop for CHATA bartenders. As in 2008 Josue will conduct this 4 day training with  Taste of the Caribbean gold medal winner and Bartender of the Year  Mr. Rakeesh from Trinidad.

This is a unique opportunity to upgrade your bartenders and have them prepared for the Curacao Bartender Battle  2010. The winning bartender will be part of the Curacao Culinary Team 2010. Josue and Rakeesh will discuss the new trends about  cocktails in the Caribbean, practice the basic making , composing , tasting and serving of cocktails. Josue travels  around the Caribbean to inspire  bartenders to be  more creative and improve their skills.
