CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card
“ The Hospitality Card”
Why do you get this card?
Your employer is a member of the Curacao Hospitality & Tourism Association, better known as CHATA. CHATA is the largest business association on the island representing the majority of businesses that are involved in tourism. Tourism is the main industry on the island.
A large part of the money that comes in and circulates on the island comes from tourism (over NAf. 600 million). An estimated 9000 employees get paid from tourism dollars, either directly or indirectly. The tourism discount card was launched to show tourism employees that tourism pays back. Further, every person you see with one of the cards is involved in tourism.
Anyone and everyone can have an impact on improving our tourism product because we all contribute to the visitors’ experience as well as our own. If we all do our part to embrace the industry, we will see an improvement in our own quality of life.
CHATA and Fun Miles are now cooperating to offer a personalized CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card. CHATA will replace CHATA’s Member Card with the CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card. CHATA cardholders can save Fun Miles with their CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card at all participating Fun Miles Merchants. To further differentiate the CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card, cardholders could earn bonus miles at participating CHATA Merchant Members that participate in the Fun Miles Program as well as benefit from existing CHATA Member Discounts at participating CHATA Member Companies.
As an additional benefit, CHATA has pre-loaded each card with40 Fun Miles, so you can already start benefiting from your CHATA Fun Miles Pro Card.

• What to do if I already have a (regular) Fun Miles Card?
Cardholders who have a regular Fun Miles Card can transfer their balance to the CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card. Please contact the Fun Miles office.
• How do I get my additional 40 Fun Miles points?
Your CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card already has 40 points on its account.
• Where can I save Fun Miles with my CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card?
You can save Fun Miles at participating Fun Miles Merchants with your CHATA Fun Miles PRO card. CHATA will be adding new member companies to the list throughout the year.
• Can I still receive the CHATA Member Discounts?
Yes, your CHATA Member Card has been replaced by the CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card but still entitles you to CHATA Member Discounts at participating CHATA Member companies. See enclosed list of participating CHATA Member Companies.
• What if my company is not a member of CHATA?
All additional benefits of the CHATA Fun Miles PRO Card are only valid as long as the employer company is a CHATA member.
